Q: What is Walk the Year? 


Walk the Year is a weekly invitation for you to step out of the noise and busyness of your work and home life, and reconnect with your true nature through the gentle practice of communing with the Natural World. It’s all about connecting with the Earth right where you live, in the time your have - not travelling to a faraway forest or waiting for vacation. This is designed to FIT INTO YOUR LIFE as it is now - not after you’ve made ridiculous and unsustainable changes. 


Q: Is this a class I have to show up for? 


No. Walk the Year is more like a year-long subscription. It is for soul-led midlife women (and enlightened men!) who want to go deeper with me into our shared Nature Connection journey as a way to support their health and overall wellbeing. Members learn to master the four-part WALK for Wellbeing formula through videos and audios featuring mindful walking practices from the Simple Path card deck. These are delivered each week via email. I'm no guru, but I AM a midlife woman, a mom, a business owner, an avid walker, a voracious reader, and a lifelong learner. I'd love the chance to share and what I'm learning with you! 


Q: Where will I find the weekly lessons? 


Your Walk the Year content is all housed inside a beautiful, simple member website that you can access an ANY device. I'll also be sending you periodic emails to remind you to access your content. You get 12-month access to the entire year's worth of video's, audios, and journals in one place! Most lessons are less than ten minutes long. You can do a walk every week - or every day. It's entirely self-paced so you never fall behind. 

Q: How long do I have access? 

Walk the Year includes 52 weeks of content. Each practice is unique but every one of them can be implemented in just a few minutes. The program is designed for you to be able to easily dip in an out of as needed. Got a busy week? Just skip it! You can always find a walking practice you like in your practice library. And you’ll get a brand new season-specific practice the following week. I'll periodically send you email reminders to help you build a habit over the course of the year! 

Q: How exactly does this work? 

As soon as you make your payment, you’ll receive a welcome message and a link to login to the member website. The following day, you’ll  start your 5-Day Mindful Walking Challenge via email (if you have not already done this). Each week, you can choose a new video lesson (along with the audio version) inside the member website. 


There are closed captions and speed controls on every video and you can implement each practice whenever it works for you. You can always share your thoughts and feedback via email. Each lesson is less than ten minutes long and designed to fit seamlessly into your full and busy life!
